Owner, Monte Schauer, attended Texas A&M University [Class of ‘77] on a full golf scholarship. He was inducted into the 4-Year Letterman Association for his outstanding performance and continues to support the Letterman’s Association, the 12 Man Foundation and the Association of Former Students.

After graduation, Monte played on the European tour for a year and then accepted the position of superintendent for a custom home-builder. Learning the trade from the ground up, he then started his first building company. Monte has built over 600 custom homes in North Houston including prestigious communities such as The Woodlands, Gleannloch Farms Estates, Willowcreek Ranch, Teaswood and Teaswood Avenue.
